4. Skills and Tools for Deferred Maintenance Assessment, Planning, and Management: 11:30am–12:30pm

This presentation will demonstrate a new comprehensive and meticulous method for maximizing facility condition assessments, in order to deliver comprehensive data and information regarding the condition, lifecycle, replacement schedule and cost of select facilities and properties; translate data into user-friendly visuals that enable high quality decision-making; integrate data seamlessly into Computerized Maintenance Management Systems; and support Capital Forecasting through visual communication.
