The 2026 RMA Annual Conference offers a variety of sponsorship levels designed to maximize visibility and engagement with facilities management professionals across the Rocky Mountain Region.
Platinum Sponsor – $15,000 (Limited to 5)
- VIP Happy Hour on Wednesday (location to be confirmed – rooftop patio under consideration)
- Up to 10 attendee registrations
- Recognition as sponsor at each event held at the Omni
- Verbal recognition plus a 3-minute promotional video played during one meal
- Largest and most prominent logo placement across all sponsor recognition platforms (website, signage, banners, etc.)
- Banner recognition at conference registration areas
