Rocky Mountain APPA (RMA) Provides an annual meeting as a premier event for educational facilities professions. RMA is a networking and learning experience for facilities officers, directors, and management personnel at every level from Facilities Management which includes Operations and Maintenance, Campus Planning, Project Management, Construction and Architectural Services, and all other institutional services.

The annual meeting is combined with educational sessions and networking activities in a regionally customized professional development conference. The educational sessions explore the latest trends, challenges and solutions facing facilities organizations within colleges and universities, K-12 private academies and public school systems, libraries, museums, and other institutions of learning.

RMA promotes the common interests of planning, maintenance and operation of facilities with the region’s educational institutions, supports and supplements the activities of APPA, and fosters a professional spirit among those engaged in this work. RMA includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Mexico and the Canadian Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories.

The location of the annual conference alternates through the region. This year University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus is pleased to host the 2018 RMA conference in Aurora, Colorado.
